Vintage Mid Century G Plan Sideboard Painted Black and Neon Full Of Shit
£795.00 Sold Out
This G Plan sideboard is a true piece of Populuxe history. This was the first project we ever undertook nearly 10 years ago, and the one that gave us the bug for vintage furniture that set us on our path. Now fully restored and re-imagined (again), it's now time to let it go to a new home as sadly we no longer have space for it.
It has been freshly painted in hard wearing satin black, with custom built new legs. Finally, it has been lovingly hand sign written in bold neon colours with the statement "Full of Shit", as if there's one thing we've learnt over the years, it's that sideboards are usually full of shit!
All our hand painted furniture is finished to a high standard and every piece is unique, so you know you're purchasing a Populuxe original that will never be replicated. For those who like to be different!

All of my furniture is prepared fully before painting. Each item is sanded and prepped to provide a solid base to work on. Doors, drawers, etc are assessed and repairs made where needed so they open and close as smoothly as possible.
All paint is applied by hand, with love. I don’t use stencils or templates, each piece is created by man and not machine. I use hard wearing paints and lacquers designed specifically for high traffic areas to give my pieces as much durability as possible. Whilst I consider my pieces to be works of art I also expect them to be functional in day to day use!
